Reservation/Cancellation Policies Reservation Deposit: 25% of total with reservation acceptance. Paypal, Credit Card or Cheque. Exception: For the period from the weekend before Christmas until January 1, the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Reservation Changes: Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance (i.e., you are within 90 days of your stay), then your entire payment is similarly non-refundable if we can not rent the unused days. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation. Cancellation: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded less $200 non-refundable administrative fee. If you cancel 90 days or less prior to your arrival - any refund is contingent on re-rental of property, less $200 non-refundable administrative fee. NOTABLE EXCEPTION: For the period from the weekend before Christmas until January 2, if you cancel 180 days or less prior to your arrival - any refund is contingent on re-rental of property, less $200 non-refundable administrative fee. Damage Deposit: We do not charge a damage deposit at time of booking. You will sign a damage waiver at check-in giving us authority to charge your credit card for damage, removed items, long distance phone calls, etc. You will be notified by email if such action is necessary. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. You agree to pay us for all damages, no limit. Liability: We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.We do not assume any liability for injury or loss of personal belongings. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events. Check-In Time (PST) 4 p.m. Check-Out Time (PST) 10 a.m. Delayed Arrivals: If your flight is delayed or other problems occur and you will not arrive at Woodrun before the front desk closes please notify us as soon as possible. There are Lock Boxes at the entrance to Woodrun and we can give you a code to obtain your key from the box if you are late. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals. Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 6 people Minimum Age Requirement: At least two individuals in the party must be over 21 years of age. EXCEPTION: When all guests are immediate family (i.e. parent and children/nieces/nephews/siblings), one responsible adult needs to be over 25. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or PETS. Housekeeping: includes cleaning on arrival; cleaning after departure; complimentary midstay clean every 5th day if staying 10 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled, at the guest's request and expense by contacting Dawne or Harry Dye. Eviction: Two complaints will result in eviction by security service, and no refund will be issued. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace or excess occupants. |
