Reservation Deposit

Balance of Payment
Full remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. EXCEPTION: For the period from the weekend before Christmas until January 1, the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
